Shipping Policy
All products will be packaged and shipped by hand. The artworks are packaged with the goal of preserving the artwork in mind. Products will be packaged and shipped in a timely manner.

Custom artworks have the potential to take longer to be produced than artworks posted on the products page. This may cause the artwork to take longer to be shipped and received.

Updates on shipping status will be sent out along with a tracking numbers to track your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
When or if the artwork arrives broken or damaged in any way, please email Ava St. Clair- avast.clair@outlook.com to submit a request for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your product or custom order upon arrival, please contact Ava St.Clair- avast.clair@outlook.com to request a return. You will then be asked to return the product in tact for your full refund.
