Inspired by the velvety jazz-pop song “Lujon” by Henry Mancini, I carved into the vase at the optimal time for a free-flowing line to create these whimsical flowers. The song is smooth, a bit odd, and delightfully whimsical — qualities I aspired to replicate through my carvings and glazing.
