With this one-of-a-kind ceramic vase, I wanted to emulate a whimsical fairy house while still maintaining its functional quality as a vessel. Folding the clay to create a roof, constructing stairs out of slabs, and hand-building tiny flower pots to adorn the doorstep, I created a home. I extended the playful feel of the form further by using colorful glazes.
